Swatch Bharat

Our YRC volunteers were part of Swatch Bharat Week (September 25 to October 2) campaign, the initiative to celebrate the second anniversary of Swatch Bharat Mission.

We were part of the Marathon organised in Kanyakumari from Gandhi Mandapam organised by the District administration on 29-9-2017. The students also took oath on maintaining Swatchatha / cleanliness.

Our volunteers did a splendid job, cleaning a park adjacent to Gandhi Memorial Mandapam and Kamaraj Memorial This also received wide appreciation from the public, including the social media.
YRC volunteers through their action thus proved that “Swatchatha hi Seva” – Cleanliness is Service.
